| At Walnut Creek fishing at the wall was slow. The channel is washed in on the west side from the winter and is yet to be dredged. The wall side looks deep for small boats to pass and that’s tight to the wall. Look before trying. The Office is now open Thursday thru Sunday 7 to 5:30 PM. Normal summer hours seven days a week will begin May 11th. Net permits can be obtained on line at the PFBC website. Purchased at the office net permits can be done with a credit card or check on line. No cash! |

| Still a good many trout still in Trout Run |

| Some steelies have been caught at the mouth of Trout Run. Ice can be seen in the far distance. The warm days of mid month will melt a good bit of the ice. |
