As I am writing this it is raining. This week has been pretty good so far. I have had quite a few people tell me that they are catching a lot of fish up in the creek. But then there are the few people telling me there are no fish. I guess it just depends on if you're catching them or not.

Next Tuesday, November 15, the Engineers are going to be taking Soil Samples from Walnut Creek. They will be digging six holes and making a lot of noise. Fishermen fishing the Basin and the Channel of Walnut Creek may be affected by the activity. It will take approximately one hour per hole to dig and get the samples.

They will also be doing Elk Creek on Wednesday at the Mouth. There are three holes on Elk being dug out. Please be patient and it should only take a few hours.
