PERCH:

Nine year old Jennifer Ochs of Lucinda, PA brought in this 1 pound 1/2 ounce Perch. It was 13 1/4 inches long. She caught it with her family out in 50 ft of water straight out of Walnut Creek.

Not too many people coming in with Perch that I have talked to. I know they are slow in getting schooled up.

WALLEYE:

Most everyone is out looking for Walleye since this is the best they have been caught in over 10 years so I am told.

Taylor, Tucker, Ronald Sr. and Ronald Jr. Slatosky of West Newton, PA caught these nice Walleye out in 29 ft or water west of Walnut Creek. They used their own hand tied worm harnesses.

Eleven year old Chris Catrabone of Harborcreek, PA came in with this 10 pound Walleye. The boat he was on limited on Walleye. They were out in 40 ft of water about 4 miles west of Walnut Creek..

Joe Pierce of Erie came in with a 10 pound 6 ounce Walleye. He caught it on "Sea Wolf" out in 33 ft of water, around 5 miles west of Walnut. It
was caught on a night crawler with watermelon harness. It was caught on a broken line.......long story.

beWARNING: BRIDGE AT DUTCH ROAD AND MANCHESTER ROAD WILL BE OUT.
The bridge on Dutch and Manchester is still closed. Penn Dot is working on the bridge on Dutch and Manchester Rd. To get here (Walnut Creek) you will have to take Manchester Rd. One of the workers (Mike Madigan) said they are hoping to have it done by Friday fore the 4th of July weekend.
