try anywhere right outside the mouth of the harborfrom 8 to 20 feet of water. the key is water temperature. when the 6 o'clock news says the water is 45 in cleveland its about time to go.wait for a hi pressure system to turn the winds to the south and go.troll crankbait in crawdad 1st then go to tubes and grubs as the water warms and the spawn draws near. good luck
